	<li>Record your gratitude moments by creating posts. Edit and review these moments in the dedicated tab to reinforce positivity.</li>
	<li>Enhance your experience by adding photos to create a slideshow of your gratitude moments.</li>
	<li>Challenge yourself to post your gratitude moments for 14 consecutive days to establish a gratitude habit.</li>
</ul>
